Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Luminaft ("we", "us"), operator of Soundscapes of Earth, handles information. We are based in Türkiye and comply with applicable data-protection law, including the Turkish KVKK and the EU GDPR where relevant.

No accounts

The Service requires no sign-up, login, or personal account. We do not ask for your name, email, or password to use it.

What we collect

We keep minimal server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security, abuse prevention, and basic operational reliability. We may use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics to count visits; this does not build personal profiles of you. We do not sell or rent any data.

Payments

Optional supporter contributions are processed by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy (the merchant of record). Payment and billing details are handled by Lemon Squeezy under their own privacy policy; we never receive or store your card details.

Third-party services

The Service loads data from Apple / iTunes and Last.fm, and processes payments through Lemon Squeezy. Your interactions with those features may involve requests to those providers, each governed by their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You may request access to, or deletion of, any personal data we hold about you by emailing info@luminaft.com. We retain operational logs only as long as needed for the purposes above.

Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
