Refund Policy

Soundscapes of Earth is free to use. The only payment available is an optional, voluntary one-time supporter contribution ("tip"). Because no product, service, or content is delivered in exchange, these contributions are generally non-refundable.

Mistaken or duplicate payments

If you contributed by mistake, were charged more than once, or believe a charge was unauthorized, contact us within 14 days at info@luminaft.com and we will review and, at our discretion, issue a refund.

How refunds are processed

Payments are handled by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, acting as merchant of record. Any approved refund is issued back to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
