Soundscapes of Earth (the "Service") is a free, interactive web application operated by Luminaft, an independent project run by an individual based in Türkiye ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

The Service

The Service is a 3D globe that lets you explore music associated with countries around the world. Track previews are provided by Apple / iTunes and listening statistics by Last.fm. The Service is offered free of charge, with no account required.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt it, access it through automated scraping, overload our infrastructure, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Third-party content

Music, artwork, previews and statistics are the property of their respective owners and are surfaced via the Apple iTunes and Last.fm APIs. Globe imagery is from NASA and the European Southern Observatory (ESO). All trademarks belong to their respective holders. We claim no ownership over this third-party content.

Voluntary contributions

The Service may offer an optional one-time supporter contribution ("tip") processed by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy. Contributions are voluntary, unlock no additional content or features, and are governed by our Refund Policy.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that data is accurate, complete, or continuously available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
